School of Sorcery [Astronomy Tower]

At the School of Sorcery, today’s class is in the tower—way up high where the stars feel almost within reach.

Huffing and puffing, I climb the seemingly endless spiral of wooden and stone stairs that twist up to the tower. Each step takes us closer to the sky, and my legs burn with the effort, but the promise of what awaits at the top spurs me on. We’re headed to one of the school’s most magical classrooms, famed for its lessons and breathtaking views.

Finally reaching the top, I push through the heavy wooden door into a room bathed in the soft glow of the afternoon sun. An armillary sphere stands majestically in the center, surrounded by colorful, arcane symbols painted on the floor—each one a piece of celestial lore.

The real treasure of this room, however, is the covered balcony at the far end. Stepping out, the afternoon breeze hits me, but so does the most spectacular view of the lands below, stretching infinitely under a twilight sky. A few telescopes are set up, pointing towards the heavens, ready for our night of star-watching.
