Store Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through our official online store at eightfoldpaper.com.

Digital Products

Unless stated otherwise, all products sold are digital downloads, such as battlemaps and item card assets. Once your payment is confirmed, downloads are made available immediately. You will receive a download link. You can also access your downloads (past and present) through your account by going into your order history. There you can directly (re)download your purchases. 

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final — no refunds are offered after download access is granted.

Physical Products (if specified)

In the rare case of physical product sales (e.g., limited edition boxes like Riveborne: Champions from Beyond), damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping and payment transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for physical products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@eightfoldpaper.com for assistance.

Payments are processed securely via our store platform and/or third-party providers. We do not store your credit card details directly.
