Church’s Hidden Crypt [Part 05]

The ground is nowhere to be seen, as you’re confronted with a long, intimidating walkway. The bridge carries cracks and dents. Who would’ve known such a sight would be hidden underneath the cemetery’s tomb? Its darkness is vast, and it gives off a terrifying pressure.

At the end, there’s a door with engravings all over, swirls mostly, and beside it stands an exposition of two frightening, hooded figures with wings. The stomach of the figures holds a raw, red gem that vividly gives the direct surroundings a blood red light. Instilled with a looming fear, the thought of climbing these figures to steal their fortune hasn’t even crossed your mind.

As you approach the gate, you hear screeches echo from within the darkness below. Next, you hear the sound of claws scratching against stone… “Wait, are they climbing up?” You think aloud. You can hear the sounds coming closer and closer, directly from the giant horizontal crack in front of you. You’re ready with your arms for whatever creeps up.
